Tag-free rapid enrichment of ribosome associated proteins across cell types and tissues

We developed tag-free and rapid enrichment of ribosome-associated proteins (RAPs) across any biological samples, which allows for characterization of RAPs in translational gene regulation, such as in developing mouse embryo.
