The role of IGF2BP3 in RISC target site selection during acute MLL B-lymphoblastic leukemia

The oncofetal RBP IGF2BP3 (I3) is a crucial driver of leukemogenesis. I3 mediates binding of RISC in a bi-modal fashion, creating a malignant RNA expression network. We aim to elucidate the molecular mechanism of I3-dependent RISC binding.
