Description

My lab is interested in the cancer-related RNA alterations, including alternative spliced mRNA and 3'UTR diversity, and oncogenic RNA binding proteins. We study the biogenesis, regulation and functions of alternative isoforms of oncogenic mRNAs. We hope to identify cancer-specific RNA-RBP network, so as to elucidate the mechanism of cancer promoting roles of aberrant RNAs and utilize them as targets of novel cancer therapeutics.
