Event Description

The conferences opens up with a brief welcome and to introduce a few meeting highlights.  Things are different this year as we are hybrid.  And we are fully embracing the international community, with attendees from around the world.

For our new attendees, please know that the Bay Area RNA Club is about collaboration and sharing of ideas. Together we are dedicated to helping our net generation of scientists achieve great success through sharing and collaboration. We encourage presentation of unpublished results and sharing reagents.  We also remind everyone to act respectfully and consider inherent bias and cultural differences as we mingle and share science.

This year we are using the  Zoom platform for all presentations, noting that all posters and speakers will be present on site. Unfortunately we don't have a mechanism for giving poster presentations virtually this year.

We welcome everyone and look forward to sharing our science, to mingle a bit, and enjoy getting back together in -person.
