Our lab studies neurodegeneration diseases, with a focus on ALS and FTD. My projects are to understand the mis-regulation of RNA processing in the disease conditions. I did my PhD with Dr. Jon Staley at the University of Chicago. During my PhD, I studied the mechanisms of co-transcriptional splicing and RNA export.
