Candidate in reproduction and development, offering expertise in studying the maternal mRNA translation and meiotic spindle formation in female germ cells--oocytes. Current project focuses on understanding the functional role of multiple polyadenylation signal elements (PAS) in control of Cyclin B1 synthesis in mammalian oocytes. Highly skilled in performing various techniques like microinjection, RNA IP, immunofluorescence analysis etc. Responsible and reliable with self-driven and meticulous manner.
