At TB-Seq Inc. (https://www.tbseq.com) we offer translatome analyses based on ribosome profiling NGS (RIBO-seq) and other technologies. We provide information on real-time protein and peptide expression with proteome-wide coverage, high resolution and sensitivity, and at lower cost than MS-based proteomics. TB-Seq develops and applies methods for RIBO-seq library preparation and computational analysis optimized for diverse biological systems and research needs, from cell cultures, animal and plant tissues, preserved clinical samples, and microbiome samples.
