With a PhD from University of Florida and a postdoc from Washington University in St. Louis, I have a solid background in cancer biology, epigenetics and multi-modal NGS-based assay development. Most recently, I have worked at Guardant Health where I supported and developed NGS-based cancer diagnostic products. Prior to that, I worked as Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics of the University of Florida, where I investigated the molecular role of DNA methyltransferase, DNMT3A, in hematological malignancies. I have a special interest in DNA methylation-based approaches and mechanisms.
