I am a PhD student in the lab of Dr. Nicholas Ingolia at University of California, Berkeley. Our lab uses high throughput and unbiased technologies to study regulation of gene expression at the levels of translation and mRNA stability. My research aims to address system level questions about how cells sense and respond to stresses, such as inhibition of translation initiation.
