I received my PhD from Stanford University in Maria Barna's lab, where I investigated how changes in ribosome composition regulate the translation of specific mRNA transcripts during the earliest stages of embryonic development. Currently, I am a postdoc in Andrew Dillin's lab at UC Berkeley, where I study mechanisms of proteostasis and post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression during aging.
