Computational evolutionary biologist expert in the compositional and evolutionary analysis of nucleic-acid and protein sequencing data. Co-founder of TB-Seq, Inc., and Director of Bioinformatics, services and development. TB-Seq Inc. (https://www.tbseq.com), is located at the core of the biotech hub in South San Francisco CA. TB-Seq accelerates discovery offering translatome analyses based on ribosome profiling NGS (RIBO-seq) and other technologies. We provide information on real-time protein and peptide expression with proteome-wide coverage, high resolution and sensitivity. TB-Seq develops and applies methods for library preparation and computational analysis optimized for diverse biological systems and research needs, from eukaryotic and prokaryotic cell cultures, animal and plant tissues, and preserved clinical samples.
