I worked on using genome engineering to address challenges in gene and cell therapy in the lab of Michele Calos before applying those principles to cell biology in the lab of Tim Stearns. Currently, I work on the role of immunogenic RNAs and RNA editing in common autoimmune diseases in the lab of Jin Billy Li.
