I am a postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Kevin Wang's lab at Stanford's School of Medicine. I started my postdoc in January 2022, and my current project involves controlling IL4, IL5, and IL13 cytokine gene expression in T-helper 2 immune cells through targeted knockdown of a lncRNA called TH2LCRR. The overall impact of this work will be applied towards inflammation-based diseases to study if we are able to control inflammation at the RNA level as opposed to the traditional protein-level studies.
