Pronouns: she/her
I am a Research Scientist at UCSF in Dr. Davide Ruggero's lab, working on understanding how cancer cells manipulate mRNA translation machinery to regulate selective translation and I am fascinated about how translation can be regulated in different physiological conditions. I describe myself as an RNA and cancer biologist. I have been working on mRNA decay and miRNA mediated gene silencing pathway during my PhD in Max Planck Institute, in Elisa Izaurralde's Lab.
