I am a computer scientist & computational biology. I previously worked in molecular diagnostics with high throughput sequencing, while my PhD work focused on scalable search and indexing for computation over large sequencing collections.
I am now a Senior Scientist at Pacific Biosciences, where I develop methods for transcriptomic applications and resolving complex genomic loci.
