I am a second year graduate student in the MCB program at UC Berkeley. I did my undergraduate research at University of Colorado Boulder, where I studied how the DNA methyltransferase DNMT1 can recognize and bind various RNA sequences and structures, and how RNA may be regulating it's enzymatic activity.

My current work is looking at mechanisms of co-translational protein complex assembly.
