I am a computational biologist and devoted a long time in deciphering the cofound mechanisms of co-regulation and synchronized expression of genes sharing the same chromatin status. My colleagues and I had deciphered a causal relationship of histone marks in forming stateful epigenome in regulation target genes by developing a specific Bayesian network tool, and then successfully revealed that demethylation of H3K4me3 and H3K27me3 on the target genes were precisely mediated in the sequence-dependent manner. In recent works, I have payed more attentions in developing new biotechnology to directly measure the RNA structures and their interaction patterns in genes regulating sharing the same micro-environment on the chromatin.
