I am a Ph.D. student in Biomolecular Engineering and Bioinformatics at UC Santa Cruz. My research interest falls in computational cancer genomics. I develop computational tools to analyze high-throughput sequencing data. I also collaborate with clinical oncologists to apply my data science technique to real-world problems.
